Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will own delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure AI-enabled products and platforms are delivered efficiently and with high quality.

The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and business teams, requiring strong leadership and the ability to navigate complex approvals, budgets, and supplier onboarding.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with project management tools and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and backlog prioritization.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis of budget and coordinated with finance/strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain approvals for EY certifications.
• Onboard suppliers with NDA and procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance and executive reporting.
• Align delivery plans with product priorities and track milestones.
• Monitor sprint health, flow metrics and team capacity to improve delivery.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments across teams.
