Job summary

EY seeks a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will own delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure AI-enabled platforms are delivered efficiently and with high quality.

You will manage budgets, analyse financials, and support roadmap execution while aligning milestones with product priorities and PMO standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, management, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery planning, Agile execution, governance and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer approvals for certifications and NDA processes with legal and supply chain.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
• Align delivery plans with product priorities and roadmap execution.
• Track milestones, releases and adoption metrics to ensure business outcomes.
• Monitor sprint health, flow metrics and team capacity to improve delivery predictability.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments across engineering, architecture and product teams.
