Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives in the Americas OCTO. You’ll own delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure AI-enabled products are delivered efficiently and with high quality.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, architecture and business teams, manage budgets, and drive delivery predictability while removing impediments and aligning milestones with product priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project or Product Management or Scrum Master roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgets and financial planning in line with PMO standards.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Administer EY certification approvals.
• Onboard suppliers with legal NDA and procurement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit milestones.
• Support governance, resource planning, and executive reporting.
• Align delivery plans with product priorities and roadmaps.
• Track milestones, releases, and adoption metrics.
