Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will own delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring AI-enabled products and platforms are delivered efficiently and with high quality.

You'll manage budgets, financial analysis, and outcomes tracking, collaborating with product, engineering, architecture, and business teams to optimize delivery flow and stakeholder satisfaction across the

Qualifications

5+ years in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or delivery leadership.
Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.
Ability to lead approvals for NDA, Independence, Risk Assessments and other technical processes.

Responsibilities

Lead project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
Administer approvals for EY certifications (NDA, Independence, risk).
Onboard new suppliers and coordinate with legal on NDA and procurement agreements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to hit milestones.
Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans with product priorities.
Track product delivery milestones, feature releases and adoption metrics.
