Job summary

EY seeks a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will drive delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure AI-enabled products and platforms are delivered efficiently and with high quality.

You will own budget planning, PMO-aligned reporting, and manage complex programs across product, engineering, and architecture teams in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, management, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis of budget and coordinate with finance and chief strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain approvals for EY certifications.
• Onboard new suppliers with legal on NDA and procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
• Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans with product priorities.
• Track product delivery milestones, releases, and adoption metrics with visibility into outcomes.
• Drive delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health, flow metrics, and team capacity.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments across engineering, architecture, and product teams.
