Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives for the Americas OCTO. You will own delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure AI-enabled products and platforms are delivered efficiently and with high quality.

Role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and business teams, coordinating with finance, PMO, and legal to manage budgets, approvals, and supplier onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, management, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong ability to lead complex technology initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis of budget and coordinate with finance and strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain approvals for EY required certifications.
• Onboard new suppliers with legal on NDA and procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
• Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans with product priorities.
• Track product delivery milestones, releases, and adoption metrics.
• Drive delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health and team capacity.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments across engineering, architecture, and product teams.
