Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives for the Americas OCTO. You’ll own delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination, enabling engineering teams to maximize flow and deliver high quality AI-enabled products.

You’ll manage budgets, analytics, and resource planning while collaborating with finance, product, and legal to secure approvals and ensure timely milestones across multiple US offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead project plans, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer EY approvals for NDA, independence, risk assessments.
• Coordinate onboarding of suppliers with legal and procurement teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestone deadlines.
• Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
• Track delivery milestones, sprint health and product delivery metrics.
