Hire Overseas is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline for a fast-moving B2B sales intelligence platform. You will prospect SMB and mid-market accounts, perform outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team.

This is a 100% remote, full-time role with a strict weekend rotation and bi-monthly USD compensation. You’ll use AI tools daily to research accounts, personalize outreach, and move faster than

Qualifications

• Minimum proven SDR or outbound sales experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and objections.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM systems to log activity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads against ICP criteria and maintain pipeline.
• Book meetings for the sales team with complete context.
• Leverage AI tools to research accounts and personalize outreach.
