Job summary

Overseas is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline for a B2B sales intelligence platform. Prospect into SMB and mid-market accounts, qualify leads, and book meetings using AI-assisted outreach. This 100% remote, full-time role requires a structured outbound motion and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Prior SDR/Outbound sales or lead generation experience with a track record of booking meetings.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms for logging activity and pipeline management.
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude or ChatGPT) daily for research and outreach.
• Available to work a schedule of 3 weekdays plus 2 weekend days, weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to target accounts.
• Research and qualify prospects using intelligence tools and AI-assisted research.
• Write clear, personalized outreach that avoids spam and improves response rates.
• Handle objections and move conversations toward booked meetings.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria and maintain CRM records.
• Track activity volume, response rates, and meeting conversion metrics.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure clean handoffs.
