Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline for a fast-moving B2B platform. Prospect into SMB and mid-market, qualify leads, and book meetings using AI-assisted research and multi-channel outreach.

The role is 100% remote with a globally distributed team. You must be confident, fluent in English, and able to work a schedule that includes weekend days on a rotating basis, contributing to 24-hour coverage and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound SDR or lead generation roles.
• Strong verbal and written English for phone/email outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Ability to qualify prospects against ICP quickly.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM with activity data.
• Use AI tools to research accounts and personalize messaging.
