Job summary

Neura Health, a nationwide, doctor-led virtual neurology clinic, seeks a RevOps leader to drive qualified meetings with rural and health-system decision-makers using AI and automation. You’ll design outbound workflows, tailor outreach, and build scoring models to boost pipeline quality.

You’ll own the RevOps backbone (HubSpot, CRM architecture, dashboards, attribution) and partner with GTM and sales to convert meetings into real pipeline.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on AI fluency and experience with AI agents or automation platforms.
• Real U.S. healthcare knowledge and understanding of hospital dynamics and 340B concepts.
• 3–8+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering, or growth roles in healthtech or digital health startups.

Responsibilities

• Own the primary metric: daily qualified meetings with rural and health-system decision-makers.
• Design and run AI-driven outbound workflows and intelligent lead routing.
• Build and maintain rural health system target lists and scoring models.
• Stand up AI SDR/agent tooling for round-the-clock outbound prospecting.
• Continuously test outbound messaging, channels, and sequencing.
• Own RevOps backbone: CRM architecture (HubSpot), pipeline stages, attribution, and reporting.
• Collaborate with GTM and sales to ensure meetings convert into real pipeline.
• Create dashboards for leadership on meetings, source, conversion, and pipeline health.
