Job summary

Verse Medical, Inc. is hiring a RevOps Analyst / GTM Engineer to build revenue operations as we scale. This hands-on role combines pipeline analytics with the design and implementation of Salesforce-based routing, data pipelines, and AI-enabled tooling.

You will own the CRM, data hygiene, and end-to-end GTM stack, working directly with Sales leadership. You will develop dashboards, ensure data quality, and drive actionable insights across marketing, sales, and enablement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM operations, analytics supporting a sales team.
• Strong understanding of GTM metrics, pipeline mechanics, forecast support, CRM hygiene, and sales process discipline.
• Ownership of a system end to end: CRM, reporting layer, or GTM data pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Run pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and weekly revenue reporting with accurate data and clear summaries.
• Monitor stage progression, conversion rates, sales cycle length, deal slippage, and loss reasons.
• Partner with sales leadership to improve pipeline inspection and accountability.
• Own target accounts, territory ownership, and routing logic as we scale.
• Model quotas, capacity, and compensation plans and produce the numbers that pay people correctly.
