Job summary

Revic is hiring a Founding GTM AI Engineer to design and build systems translating GTM data and customer conversations into automated actions across the organization. You will work with the CEO and leadership to turn conversations into real-time workflows affecting GTM, product, and engineering.

The role centers on turning data into actionable insights, automating outbound, pre-sales, and post-sales processes, and shaping the product roadmap through customer signal.

Qualifications

• Partner closely with the CEO, Head of Revenue, and Head of Engineering to identify high-leverage opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Design systems that continuously analyze Revic data, call recordings, and customer interactions.
• Translate insights into automated, organization-wide workflows.
• Surface emerging objections, value propositions, and buying signals.

Responsibilities

• Own automation across three core areas: outbound & pipeline automation (SDR-like agents, targeting, follow-ups).
• Pre-sales automation (context gathering, deal support).
• Post-sales & Customer Success automation (task creation, updates, workflow handoffs).
• Extend GTM signal beyond GTM to inform product and engineering prioritization.
