Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a RevOps Engineer to optimize our GTM systems and data. You’ll own HubSpot, enable AI-native workflows, and build agents to automate CRM hygiene, routing, and reporting.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve funnel metrics and revenue outcomes. The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, documenting processes, and proactive collaboration with sales, marketing, customer success, and operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a RevOps, sales ops, or marketing ops role.
• Solid HubSpot skills, comfortable with workflows, properties, and reporting on funnel and pipeline metrics.
• Genuinely AI-fluent: you use AI tools daily and have built at least one real automation or agent.
• Comfortable digging into messy, unstructured data to find an answer a dashboard won't provide.
• Documents your work well enough for others to run it without you present.
• Structured mindset with a bias for action and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, collaborate with GTM leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain our CRM (HubSpot), keeping data clean, pipelines accurate, and workflows humming.
• Query our data with AI to answer real business questions beyond dashboards.
• Build AI agents and automations for repetitive RevOps work using n8n, Claude, and our stack.
• Investigate causes when numbers move and dashboards can't explain them.
• Manage our toolset day-to-day: HubSpot, n8n, lemlist, modjo, Sales Navigator.
• Document automation inputs, touchpoints, and handoffs for continuity.
• Flag issues early and propose simple, practical fixes using AI.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and other teams on cross-functional requests.
