Go Nimbly seeks a RevOps Solutions Architect to lead architecture decisions, connect GTM systems, and guide clients toward scalable solutions. You’ll collaborate with RevOps consultants, PMs, developers, and analysts to drive value and align technology roadmaps with business goals.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders, leverage Salesforce expertise, and stay ahead of AI trends to accelerate revenue operations while ensuring data governance and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Business Systems and fluency across the others.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders to diagnose gaps and design scalable technical solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and core features, including when to use out-of-the-box features, declarative automation, or code.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture principles and standards for client projects and communicate decisions to executives.
• Build connections between GTM systems through code, integrations, or iPaaS platforms.
• Identify where AI can add value and design workflows turning GTM data into actionable insights.
• Diagnose fragmented GTM systems and own the fix from root cause to shipped solution.
• Design solutions for complex workstreams and advise buy vs build decisions.
• Mentor and coach the team to ensure diligent, high-quality delivery.
• Stay current on AI and RevOps trends to influence client strategies.
