Job summary

Verse Medical is seeking a RevOps professional to own pipeline, forecast operations, and GTM data systems. You will model quotas, maintain Salesforce as the system, and build AI-native workflows to streamline reps and leadership. The role reports to the Head of RevOps and collaborates with sales, marketing, finance, enablement, and clinical operations.

You’ll also design dashboards, manage data hygiene, and commercial analytics to drive better decisions and revenue growth.

Qualifications

2+ years in rev/op s or analytics supporting a sales team.
Strong understanding of GTM metrics, pipeline mechanics, forecast support, CRM hygiene, and sales process discipline.
Ownership of a system end to end: CRM, reporting layer, or GTM data pipeline.
Comfort with ambiguity and no playbook.

Responsibilities

Run pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and weekly revenue reporting with accurate data and clear summaries.
Monitor stage progression, conversion rates, sales cycle length, deal slippage, stale opportunities, close-date hygiene, and loss reasons.
Partner with sales leadership to improve pipeline inspection, deal movement and accountability.
Own target account, territory, ownership, and routing logic as the team scales.
Model quotas, capacity, and comp plans, and produce the numbers that pay people correctly.
Own Salesforce as a system: object model, fields, validation rules, flows, and permissions.
Build dashboards for funnel conversion, rep activity, meetings, pipeline and forecast.
Build end-to-end GTM stack integrations and keep AI tools updated.
