Job summary

Neura Health is building a nationwide virtual neurology practice, using AI-enabled workflows to accelerate access to care. We are seeking a RevOps/ GTM engineer to own outbound growth, design AI-assisted outreach, and align CRM and reporting with sales goals.

You will work remotely in the U.S., collaborating with cross-functional teams to target rural health systems, optimize playbooks, and drive qualified meetings into real pipeline while maintaining a strong patient-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in RevOps, sales engineering, GTM engineering or growth roles in healthtech.
• Understanding of health system economics, rural and 340B payer dynamics.
• 3–8+ years in relevant RevOps/GTM roles.
• Strong tech chops: HubSpot or Salesforce admin, SQL, no-code tools.
• Clear communicator, collaborative, mission-aligned.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily volume of qualified meetings with rural and health system decision-makers; build and iterate the AI-driven engine.
• Design outbound workflows with AI-drafted outreach, lead scoring and routing to drive qualified conversations.
• Maintain rural health system target lists and scoring models for account prioritization.
• Stand up AI SDR/agent tooling for automated prospecting, follow-up, and scheduling.
• Test and optimize outbound messaging and channels; measure impact on meetings per day.
• Own CRM architecture, pipeline stages, attribution and reporting for accountable metrics.
• Partner with GTM and sales to convert meetings into real pipeline.
• Build dashboards for leadership visibility into meetings, source and conversion, and pipeline health.
