HUD is seeking an Outbound Account Executive to persuade AI data providers to list on HUD. You will spend most days making calls, sending emails, and following up to turn conversations into complete listings that meet buyer needs.

Qualifications

• Clear spoken and written English; confident starting conversations by phone.
• Persistence through unanswered calls and rejection while staying professional.
• Reliable follow-through with organised notes and next steps.
• Comfort using everyday sales tools and taking feedback to improve your approach.

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls and send emails daily, finding the right contacts and messaging prospects.
• Explain how HUD works and why listing may be valuable to providers; address objections.
• Follow up consistently and guide providers through sign-up and listing submission.
• Collect necessary information for listings and assist providers when stuck.
• Keep records and hit daily outreach and weekly listing targets matching buyer needs.
