Job summary

HUD is seeking a Sales Development Representative to persuade businesses and individuals to list data on HUD. You will spend your day making calls, sending emails, and following up to convert conversations into complete, buyer-ready listings.

Excellent English communication, persistence, and strong organization are essential. Prior experience in telesales or appointment-setting is helpful, and AI/data familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Clear spoken and written English, with confidence starting conversations by phone.
• Persistence through unanswered calls and rejection, while staying professional and respectful.
• Reliable follow-through across many conversations, with organised notes and next steps.
• Comfort using everyday sales tools, taking feedback and improving your approach.

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls, send emails and LinkedIn messages daily.
• Explain listing process and value to providers; address questions and objections.
• Follow up and guide providers through sign-up and listing submission.
• Collect information for complete listings and assist providers when stuck.
• Keep records and meet daily/weekly outreach targets for listings matching buyer needs.
