• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency.
• Track record of keeping clients and selling more work, with measurable numbers.
• Comfort carrying a quota and reporting results clearly.

• Retention across your book: nurture relationships, renewals, early warning of drift.
• Upsells and expansion: identify next project inside each client and secure it.
