Job summary

Nova Biomedical in the United States is seeking an Aftermarket Service Sales Specialist to drive service revenue across an installed BioProfile base. This quota‑bearing, consultative sales role focuses on service contracts, renewals, warranty conversions, preventive maintenance programs, and upgrades, working with Inside Sales, Field Sales, Service Operations and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in aftermarket/service sales.
• Experience managing recurring revenue, renewals, contracts and long‑cycle relationships.
• Strong consultative selling with ability to translate technical/value concepts.
• High comfort with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the aftermarket service sales strategy for assigned territory and installed base.
• Drive revenue through service contract renewals, warranty conversions, maintenance programs and upgrades.
• Proactively identify customers with expiring warranties or lapsed coverage.
• Position multi‑year service agreements and bundled offerings to increase contract value.
• Maintain a robust CRM pipeline with accurate next steps and close dates.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Field Sales and Service Operations to align offerings.
