Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in Chemistry, Biology, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering or Electronics.
• 0-2+ years in customer support or technical support preferred.
• Clinical or biotechnology laboratory background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end-user instrument systems, including operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, alignments, and issue resolution.
• Document and manage customer cases in the CRM with detailed records of issues and resolutions.
• Coordinate with Field Service, Commercial, and in-house support to diagnose problems and deliver solutions.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in training new Technical Product Specialists and other teams.
