Nova Biomedical seeks a Key Account Manager for Southern California and Hawaii to lead relationships with health systems, manage renewals, and drive growth across the Nova portfolio. You will collaborate with Inside Sales and Field Specialists to protect revenue and expand opportunities, while leveraging Salesforce for accurate tracking.

Ideal candidates have clinical, scientific, or business backgrounds and 2–5 years in medical device or healthcare account management, with strong communication

Qualificações

• 2-5 years in medical device or healthcare account management.
• Experience managing hospital or health system accounts preferred.
• Experience with contract renewals and long-cycle sales processes.
• Strong account and relationship management in complex healthcare environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and coordinate resources.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and renew accounts and drive upgrades to sustain revenue.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned health system accounts.
• Build relationships across Laboratory, ICU, Emergency, and administrative teams.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts for portfolio expansion.
• Collaborate with Specialty and Inside Sales to execute plans and renewals.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records of accounts, opportunities, and activities.
• Participate in account planning, forecasting, and regional reviews.
• Travel as required to support customer engagements.
