Job summary

Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide ambitious students and families through the enrollment journey. You will conduct consultative meetings, communicate Vanguard’s value, and drive enrollment with a consultative sales approach.

The role offers fully remote flexibility with uncapped earnings potential, structured onboarding, and comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of high-ticket sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with proven success closing high-ticket products/services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; be prepared to discuss quotas, close rates, revenue.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to build trust with students and parents.
• Strong discovery, presentation, objection handling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional workspace suitable for video consultations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel, Zoom, and other cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment consultations and close deals with prospective students and parents.
• Manage pipeline and CRM records from initial contact through enrollment and handoff.
• Follow up with qualified leads and re-engage opportunities to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to provide feedback on leads, objections, and competitor activity.
