Job summary

Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide ambitious students and parents through a critical academic journey. You will conduct consultative enrollment meetings, communicate Vanguard’s value, and drive high-ticket enrollments with an uncapped commission plan.

This role offers fully remote flexibility, strong earning potential (base plus commissions), and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with high-ticket closes.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and revenue targets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong trust-building.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Reliable internet and professional video setup.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment consultations and close with prospective students and parents.
• Manage CRM pipeline, follow-ups and enrollment milestones.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve lead quality and objections handling.
• Support webinars and community outreach to generate qualified enrollments.
