Job summary

Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide ambitious students and parents through the enrollment journey. You will conduct consultative enrollment meetings, evaluate families, articulate Vanguard's program value, and close enrollments while meeting monthly goals.

This remote-friendly role offers a base salary of $45,000–$55,000 with on-target earnings of $70,000–$90,000+ plus comprehensive benefits and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Sales experience: 3+ years of consultative sales with high-ticket closes.
• Closing performance: proven quotas, close rates and revenue history.
• Communication: exceptional written and verbal skills.
• Consultative selling: strong discovery, presentation, objection handling and negotiation.
• Work setup: reliable internet and distraction-free workspace for video calls.
• Tech proficiency: proficient with Google Workspace, HubSpot/GoHighLevel, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment consultations with prospective students and parents.
• Evaluate family needs and recommend Vanguard programs.
• Communicate program value, pricing, outcomes and benefits.
• Close enrollments and achieve monthly goals.
• Maintain CRM records of consultations and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on lead quality and strategy.
