Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide ambitious students and families through a high‑consideration enrollment journey. You will conduct consultative enrollment meetings, clearly communicate program value, and help families choose pathways that align with goals while meeting monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

The role offers uncapped earning potential with a base salary and on-target earnings, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with success closing high-ticket products/services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to build trust with students and parents.
• Strong discovery, presentation, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional workspace for video consultations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot/GoHighLevel), Zoom and cloud-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Enrollment consultations with prospective students and parents to assess goals and timelines.
• Explain Vanguard’s programs, pricing, outcomes, and value; guide families through enrollment.
• Manage CRM records, follow-ups, and pipeline progression to monthly revenue goals.
• Collaborate with marketing/leadership to provide feedback on lead quality and objections.
• Support webinars and outreach initiatives to generate qualified enrollment opportunities.
