Job summary

Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide ambitious students and families through the enrollment journey. This fully remote role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, plus comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

You will conduct consultative enrollment meetings, manage pipelines in CRM, and collaborate with marketing to drive qualified opportunities nationwide. Bachelor’s degree required and 3+ years of sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with closing high-ticket products or services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build trust with students and parents.
• Strong discovery, presentation, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home workspace for video consultations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM platforms (HubSpot/GoHighLevel).

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative enrollment meetings with prospective students and parents.
• Evaluate families’ needs and recommend Vanguard programs.
• Communicate Vanguard’s methodology, pricing, and value clearly.
• Build trust and guide families through enrollment decisions and next steps.
• Maintain CRM records and move leads through the enrollment pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve lead quality and share insights.
