Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide ambitious students and families through the enrollment journey. This fully remote role offers uncapped commission and a competitive base with benefits.

In this consultative sales position, you will conduct enrollment consultations, manage CRM pipelines, and collaborate with marketing to optimize lead quality. Expect strong performance, independence, and team support to meet monthly enrollment and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of consultative sales with closing experience.
• Ability to discuss quotas, close rates, and revenue.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, HubSpot/GoHighLevel, Zoom.

Responsibilities
