Job summary

Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide ambitious students and their families through the enrollment journey. You will conduct consultative meetings, clearly communicate program value, and close admissions while managing CRM records and pipeline.

The role offers an uncapped, performance-driven income with base salary and on-target earnings, plus comprehensive benefits and fully remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with high-ticket closes.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with students/parents.
• Strong discovery, presentation, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Reliable internet and a professional home workspace for video meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative enrollment meetings with prospects to assess goals and needs.
• Communicate Vanguard’s programs, pricing, outcomes and value clearly.
• Drive enrollment and revenue while maintaining CRM records and pipeline.
• Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and close qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on feedback and improvements.
