Job summary

Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide ambitious students and families through the college-prep journey. In this consultative, quota-driven role, you will conduct enrollment consultations, tailor pathways, and clearly communicate program value while building trust with families.

This fully remote position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and paid onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with high-ticket closures.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with CRM and video conferencing tools; reliable home setup.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment consultations with prospective students and parents.
• Close enrollments and meet monthly enrollment and revenue goals.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with qualified leads.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on lead quality and strategy.
