Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide ambitious students and parents through one of the most critical journeys of their academic lives. You will use consultative selling to earn enrollment, revenue, and trust within a mission‑driven team.

The role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and fully paid winter vacations, with fully remote flexibility and a strong onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with success closing high-ticket offerings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build trust with students and parents.
• Strong discovery, presentation, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment consultations with prospective students and parents to understand goals, challenges, timelines, and priorities.
• Evaluate each family's needs and confidently recommend the Vanguard program or pathway best suited to the student.
• Clearly communicate Vanguard's methodology, program structure, pricing, expected outcomes, and value.
• Build trust and credibility with families while guiding them through a high-consideration enrollment decision.
• Effectively identify and address questions, concerns, and objections throughout the decision-making process.
• Confidently ask qualified families for their enrollment and guide them through the next steps.
• Achieve monthly enrollment, revenue, and conversion goals through effective consultative selling.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Vanguard's programs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
