Job summary

Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide ambitious students and parents through the college admissions journey. You will conduct enrollment consultations, assess needs, articulate Vanguard's methodology, and close enrollments while meeting monthly targets.

This fully remote role offers base salary of $45,000-$55,000 with uncapped commission (OTEs $70,000-$90,000+), comprehensive health benefits, PTO and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience with closing performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; build trust with families.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, HubSpot or GoHighLevel, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative enrollment meetings with families to understand goals.
• Communicate Vanguard's methodology, pricing, and value clearly.
• Close enrollments and achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM records of consultations and next steps.
