Job summary

Vanguard College Prep is seeking an Admissions Sales Consultant to guide ambitious students and parents through a high-commitment enrollment journey. This fully remote role offers an uncapped, performance-driven income with a base salary and strong commission potential.

Base: $45,000–$55,000 per year; On-Target Earnings: $70,000–$90,000+. Benefits include health, dental, and vision, plus paid time off and fully paid winter vacations.Remote work supports flexible collaboration with the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience including closing high-ticket products
• Proven track record of meeting quotas and revenue targets
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional, distraction-free workspace
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, HubSpot or GoHighLevel, Zoom

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative enrollment meetings with prospective students and parents
• Evaluate needs and recommend Vanguard program or pathway
• Communicate Vanguard’s methodology, program structure, pricing, outcomes and value
• Close enrollments and meet monthly enrollment/revenue goals
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads
• Move leads through the pipeline and coordinate handoffs with onboarding
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on lead quality and objections
• Support webinars and outreach initiatives to generate qualified opportunities
