Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking an Acquisition Manager. This fully remote role requires regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

You will value properties, analyze comps, estimate repairs, and manage the full acquisition process, including negotiations and due diligence. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of sales experience, a top-10% performance history, strong communication and MS Office skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Great communication skills and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process.
