Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant to join a fully remote team. You will follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals with thorough due diligence on acquisitions.

This role requires strong sales history, top-tier performance, and excellent communication, with a preferred bachelor’s degree. You will negotiate, analyze comps, determine ARV, and coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% ranking in previous roles.
• Strong communication and computer skills, including MS Office.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed quotas via phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing.
