Job summary

House Buyers of America, Inc. is seeking an Acquisition Manager to lead property acquisitions from lead follow-up, valuation, repairs estimates and due diligence. This remote role requires regular in-person meetings with prospects.

You will negotiate acquisitions, prepare contracts, and work with realtors, lenders and title to close deals. A track record of top performance in sales and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience required.
• Top 10% sales ranking in previous roles desirable.
• Strong communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Proven ability to achieve/exceed quotas through phone sales.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers.
• Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing.
