Job summary

House Buyers of America, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant. This remote role requires regular in-person meetings with prospects/clients and evening/weekend availability to accommodate seller schedules.

You will follow up on leads, value homes, estimate repairs, perform due diligence, and close deals to drive growth. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of sales experience, a top-10% performance history, strong communication and computer skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
• Great communication skills and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during the closing process
