Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to hire a Strategic ACO Contract Manager in the United States. The role focuses on negotiation, development, and management of provider contracts across hospitals and physician groups.

You will design strategies balancing financial performance, quality outcomes, and network adequacy. You will lead complex negotiations, monitor performance, and drive innovative contracting arrangements to support value-based healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in healthcare contracting or related field.
• Strong negotiation and contract development experience.
• Experience with risk-based and value-based contracting models.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligning with financial objectives.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and closure.
• Maintain contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms per policy changes.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve contract disputes.
• Evaluate network performance and drive cost efficiency and quality improvements.
• Develop innovative contracting arrangements including ACO and value-based models.
