Charter Impact is a remote-first nonprofit accounting and operations partner helping mission-driven organizations manage finances and compliance. The Accounts Payable Associate provides front-line client support, processes invoices, codes general ledger entries, and maintains vendor records across multiple entities.

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, public administration, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Accounts payable experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting record-keeping practices.

Responsabilidades

• Perform accounts payable duties with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure invoices are approved by proper client personnel.
• Verify cash availability and perform payment selections.
• Void checks and reissue payments as necessary.
• Prepare rush payments and entry of invoices.
• Code invoices to general ledger accounts for multiple entities.
