• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, public administration, or related field.
• High school diploma and two years of related experience as alternative.
• Accounts payable experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Handle accounts payable duties with accuracy and timeliness for multiple entities.
• Ensure invoices are approved by proper client personnel.
• Process weekly check runs and manage vendor files.
• Maintain recurring payments schedules and leases; monitor payment accuracy.
• Respond to client inquiries via email and phone in a professional manner.
• Support year-end audit schedules and special projects.
