Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of related experience in accounting
• Accounts payable experience preferred
• Experience with non-profit accounting is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and prepare weekly check runs with accuracy
• Document vendor information and maintain vendor files
• Verify general ledger coding for invoices across multiple entities
• Respond to client inquiries via email/phone in a timely manner
• Support year-end audit schedules and special projects
