Qualifications

• Requires basic knowledge of accrual accounting principles.
• Experience with accounts payable processes and vendor management is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general ledger coding.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounts payable duties with accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify invoices are approved by client personnel.
• Prepare and issue payments, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain GL coding.
