Alchemy is seeking a remote Accounts Payable Accountant to join the Finance team and take ownership of daily AP activities, including accurate invoice coding, timely payments, vendor support, and reconciliations.

Reporting to our Procurement Manager, you’ll collaborate with Accounting and teams across Alchemy to keep the procure-to-pay process running smoothly across Zip, NetSuite, and Ramp. This role requires attention to detail, dependability, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounts payable or related accounting operations experience.
• Curiosity to improve processes and initiative to optimize workflows.
• Solid understanding of invoice coding, POs, terms, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Experience with ERP systems and ability to learn new P2P/tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage AP inbox, process invoices, and be primary vendor contact.
• Code invoices in Zip and NetSuite with approvals and PO matching.
• Prepare payments, monitor deadlines, and obtain approvals.
• Maintain vendor records, tax forms, and banking details.
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate when needed.
• Review employee expenses in Ramp for proper coding and policy compliance.
• Reconcile AP with GL and support month-end close.
