Alchemy is seeking a remote Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Finance team and own daily AP activities, including accurate invoice coding, timely payments, and vendor support. You’ll process invoices in Zip, NetSuite, and Ramp, maintain vendor records, and resolve discrepancies. Some onboarding travel to our SF headquarters may be required.

You will support month-end close and ensure compliance with internal controls while collaborating with Accounting and procurement teams across Alchemy.

• Strong communication with vendors and internal teams.
• Proactive problem solving to resolve AP discrepancies.

Responsabilités

• Daily AP Operations
• Review, enter, classify, and code vendor invoices in Zip and NetSuite.
• Prepare payment batches and monitor deadlines.
• Support vendor onboarding and maintain vendor records.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and escalations as needed.
• Review employee expenses and corporate card transactions in Ramp.
