Qualifications

• 2-4 years of AP or accounting operations experience with hands-on invoice processing.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and understanding of accrual accounting.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize, and communicate clearly with vendors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the AP inbox, process invoices, and serve as primary vendor contact.
• Review and code invoices in Zip and NetSuite, ensuring approvals and PO matching.
• Prepare payment batches and resolve discrepancies or payment issues.
• Reconcile AP activity with general ledger and support month-end close.
• Maintain vendor tax documentation and support annual 1099 preparation.
• Help improve workflows and support system updates affecting AP and expenses.
