Job summary

33Floors is seeking an Accounting Operations Specialist to support monthly invoicing, AP/AR, and expense reconciliation. You will collaborate with the Controller in a fast-paced, global environment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role covers invoicing cycles, expense audits, and time-tracking checks, with primary client contact on billing matters. A detail-oriented, proactive candidate with strong MS Office, QuickBooks Online, and client-service orientation fits well.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounting operations, accounts payable/receivable, or client billing.
• Proficiency with web-based applications.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and G Suite.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

• Own the full monthly invoicing cycle.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable each month.
• Assist with expense reports and expense reconciliation.
• Weekly timesheet review and time tracking audits.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal team members regarding invoicing, payment inquiries, and other accounting-related matters.
• Various other accounting duties as requested.
