You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, handle month-end close duties, reconcile statements, and respond to inquiries about invoices and balances. The role emphasizes accuracy, deadlines, and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end AP/AR processes including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciliation.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers/vendors.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and process customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including posting payments and applying cash.
• Process accounts payable invoices with proper coding, approvals, and timely payment.
• Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and assist with collections as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in accounting systems and spreadsheets.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to AP/AR.
• Respond to inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
