You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, handle month-end close duties, reconcile statements, and respond to inquiries about invoices and balances. The role emphasizes accuracy, deadlines, and cross-functional communication.

• Experience with end-to-end AP/AR processes including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciliation.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers/vendors.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers or vendors.
