CLEAResult in New Mexico is seeking an Account Program Manager who will lead the relationship between utility clients and our retail programs across the service territory. The role is largely remote/field-based with weekly in-person team checks and travel across the state.

You will manage multiple contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help shape program strategy and performance, with strong Excel and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Reliable personal vehicle for regional travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead relationships between utility clients and retail programs.
• Oversee cost, implementation and performance of programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, analytics, and operations.
• Prepare business plans and budgets; assess contract terms.
• Travel across New Mexico as needed (25%+).
